AG agaroses are suitable for routine analysis of nucleic acids. They combine tensile strength with low electroendosmotic effects (EEO) to achieve high resolving power for a wide size range of nucleic acid fragments, as small as 20-800 bp.

Gelling point at 36 C and melting at 88 C.
