The Octagon 200CL has a capability to connect to a computer (our other shakers do not have this feature).
The closed loop (CL) control is a physical measurement setting of the amplitude in mm. Once set it (let’s say 1.6mm) remains at this amplitude irrespective of voltage and load. It ensures max reproducibility.
